Seating policies require aisles to be clear, and latecomers will be seated at appropriate times. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. RELOCATED, CANCELED OR POSTPONED SHOWS: TICKET REFUND POLICY

No refund or exchange unless the show is canceled or postponed. Before purchasing a ticket, please carefully check your choice of event and seating. The policy does not allow ticket agents to do refunds or exchanges (subject to our postponed or canceled events policy below) after tickets have been sold.

RELOCATED EVENT POLICY
If the event is relocated to another venue, tickets will be honored at the new venue on the date of the show. Tickets will not be refunded.

POSTPONED OR CANCELED EVENT POLICY:
If the event is postponed to a later date, the customer has the choice to either be reimbursed or to keep their ticket, in which case it will be honored on the new date. Refunds are possible until the new date of the show, thereafter, no refund can be made.

If the event is canceled, customers who purchased their ticket in person or over the phone must return or call our box office for a refund. Online purchases will automatically be refunded to the credit card used to make the initial purchase.
