Sohrab Mostafavi, known by his stage name Sohrab MJ, born on November 9, 1985 (19 Aban 1364), is an Iranian rap and hip-hop artist. He is currently a member of the Zedbazi music group and played a crucial role as one of the founding members of the Persian rap scene. Sohrab MJ began his artistic journey with Zedbazi and is recognized as one of the pioneers of Persian rap.

In his late teens, around 15-16 years old while still a high school student, Sohrab developed an interest in this genre of music, particularly influenced by Eminem's songs. In pursuit of further education, he moved to England in his final years of high school, joining the Zedbazi music group in 2004 when he was 19 years old. In September 2013, Sohrab MJ married Mrs. Para, and the couple now has two children.
